A space for calm and reflection away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  You can expect calming yoga practice, meditation, sound baths and pure relaxation.  Here you can try Yin, sound baths, meditation, mindfulness, Womens circle and many more soul soothing sessions. 

 

 BIG TOP 

​Play, laugh and try something new in our very own circus tent.  Here you'll find workshops including Acro yoga, family yoga, Laughter Yoga, Hula hoop, dancing and circus skills. Unleash your inner child! Explore a vast range of yoga practices from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Funky yoga, Yoga in motion, Somatics, Pilates, Goddess workshops and many more.  You can explore, play and connect to your Prana (energy).

SHINDIG

​We are bringing the party to all you lovely yogis, with music, dance and maybe some spectacular surprises. Get your dancing feet ready to stomp and your tail feathers ready to shake.  A carefully curated and inspiring programme of music, workshops and shows which aim to deepen your yogic practice and spark your imagination.
