Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. They must be in a saleable condition, we can not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are not re-saleable.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luminosityglitter.co.uk or login to your account on the top right corner of the store front and select the order you wish to return.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your items and these shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
When requesting a return please quote your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned such as:
- Custom products 
- Personal care goods
- Used products
- Aloe Vera Gel
- Gift Cards

Sale Items
We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item then please return the original items and place an order for the new items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Glitter Artist Training, Courses & Sparkle Sessions
If you wish to cancel your place on one of our training courses or sparkle sessions, cancellation must be requested 10 days prior to the event date. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the event date - you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please let us know at the earliest opportunity if you are unable to attend a training course or event. If you would like to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate placing you on an alternative date but this is subject to availability.
