Please note further Royal Mail strikes are planned. Please click here for updates.
We are not responsible for delays to your order once it has been shipped.
We recommend selecting a tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.
Please do not contact us until 14 days after your order was dispatched as Royal Mail are experiencing delays and backlogs and these are likely to delay your order.

We may use alternative couriers during strike periods to avoid delay where possible.

Each order will be processed within 1-5 working days.

If you need your glitter urgently please just let us know in the special requests box when placing your order or drop us an email and we will do our best to get it shipped out as soon as possible.

Larger high value orders may be shipped using a courier services rather than Royal Mail.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 1st Class unless an upgrade is selected. 
    We always recommend selecting a shipping upgrade as we aren't responsible for orders once they leave our facility.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (Delivery aim - 1 working day)
    Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for (Delivery Aim - 1 working day)
    Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Delivery Aim - 2 working days)
    Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Delivery Aim - 1 working day)

  • Free delivery for UK orders when spending £40 or over - this discount can not be combined with other discounts.

  • Local pre-arranged collection or delivery may be available for local collection or hand delivery. Please only select this option if you have discussed with Luminosity Glitter otherwise your order will be cancelled.

If you haven't received your order after 14 working days then please email info@luminosityglitter.co.uk with your name and date the order was placed and we will be more than happy to help.

 

International
We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for international orders.

  • The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes payable if necessary. 

  • Please ensure you have provided us with up to date and correct contact details and delivery address.

  • If you haven't received your order after 14 working days then please email info@luminosityglitter.co.uk with your name and date the order was placed and we will be more than happy to help.



EUROPE: We are currently only shipping to Europe using Etsy to help reduce fees post Brexit for our sparkle lovers.

Returns
If we have authorised a return, the return shipping is your responsibility and the cost of shipping to return your item will not be refunded by us.

Luminosity Glitter are not responsible for any delays due to customs in the destination country. Nor are we responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before going through with the transaction. 

We are not responsible for orders once they have left our facility. Therefore we always recommend choosing the option of tracked shipping at checkout.


Delivery times are only guidelines and may vary due to customs etc.

 

*We endeavour to get our glitter sent to you as soon as is practically possible. Unfortunately sometimes postal carriers experience delays for various reasons. We cannot be held responsible for postal carrier delays. Delays may be longer due to the current Covid-19 situation and changes due to Brexit and this cannot be helped*


Please note: Failure to collect your package from the post office and it being returned to us, will result in your order being refunded minus any postage costs.
