Yes! You can easily add face painting to your glitter bar booking. We can create a seamless experience for your guests with both services, giving them even more sparkle and fun at your event.

Absolutely! We love creating custom designs based on your event’s theme or guest preferences. Whether it’s glittery unicorns, superheroes, or festival-inspired looks, let us know what you’d like, and we’ll bring it to life!

Good Lighting: Glitter is best seen in well-lit areas. We require excellent lighting to ensure the glitter and designs are visible and vibrant for all guests.

Table and Chairs for Smaller Set-Ups: For smaller events, we require a table and chairs for our artists to work comfortably.

Access to Power: If your event requires electrical equipment (e.g., for lighting or additional features), please ensure the venue has accessible power outlets. All of our equipment has PAT certification.

Sufficient Space: We need enough space for our setup, with room for guests to comfortably interact with the glitter bar or face painters.

Accessibility: Some central London venues may have limited access (e.g., stairs or narrow entrances). Please ensure there is clear access to the venue for loading in and setting up.

Access to Water & Facilities: For hygiene purposes, we need access to water and appropriate facilities to clean our tools and maintain hygiene throughout the event.

Weather Considerations (for Outdoor Events): If your event is outdoors, please ensure there is a weather plan in place. We require shelter or a covered space to protect our products and artists from weather conditions.
We will not be able to set up a glitter bar in windy conditions.

Make sure you check your venue allows glitter if booking the Glitter Bar Service.

Travel fees will be calculated based on the round trip to your event location from our sparkly HQ/where our available artists are based.

For events in Central London, additional considerations such as congestion zone charges, parking fees, and access restrictions may apply and will be included in your final quote.

For locations where parking or driving is not physically possible, transport charges may apply for the safe delivery of equipment and our team members.

If you'd like us to arrive early to set up before the event starts, there may be an additional charge. For smaller packages, we allow 1 hour for setup, and for larger setups, we allow 2 hours. Please let us know in advance if early setup is needed, and we’ll provide you with the costs based on your event’s requirements.
