Job Overview:
As an Events Manager at Luminosity Glitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of glitter bar setups at various events. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Setup:
- Travel to the event in your own vehicle with our kit.
- Coordinate and execute the setup of eco glitter bars at events.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are organised and ready for use.
- Oversee the aesthetic presentation of the glitter bar to align with Luminosity Glitter's standards.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of event staff, providing guidance and support.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. Client Interaction:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on event days.
- Address client requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality glitter experiences.
