• Be based in the UK or USA.
• Produce content that aligns with our brand’s values and aesthetics.
• Note: We reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject applications that do not meet the criteria.

2. How the Program Works

• Application: To join, submit your application through our website, providing your social media handles and showcasing examples of your past content.
• Content Creation: Once approved, you'll receive a glitter package valued at £40. In return, we ask that you create and submit videos or reels showcasing our products, with the number of videos depending on our prior agreement.
• Submission Deadline: Content must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the glitter package.
• Failure to meet the content requirements may result in penalties (outlined below).

3. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

• By submitting content, creators grant Luminosity Glitter the right to use the videos and images on social media, our website, and other marketing materials.
• Credits: Creators will be properly credited for their work in any usage of the content.

Exclusivity:

• The content you submit must be original and feature Luminosity Glitter products prominently.
• While we encourage creative freedom, Luminosity Glitter products should be the focus of the content, and any other products included in the look (such as makeup or accessories from other brands) should not overshadow or conflict with Luminosity Glitter's products.
• If you are featuring other brands’ products, please ensure they are used in a way that complements, rather than competes with, Luminosity Glitter products.
• Content created for the Glitter Creator Program should not be exclusively used in campaigns for other brands that may directly compete with Luminosity Glitter in the glitter or cosmetics space without prior approval.

4. Discount Code Terms

• Creators will receive a unique discount code to share with their followers, offering them 10% off their first order.
• The discount code cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Limitations apply: The code can only be used on orders placed through our official website.

5. Payment Terms (If Applicable)

This program primarily offers free glitter products (valued at £40) in exchange for content creation. However, some creators may be eligible for additional monetary compensation, depending on factors such as their content quality, audience size, and application details.

• Creators who are selected for monetary compensation will be paid according to the terms discussed during the application process.
• Payment will be made via bank transfer once the content has been submitted and approved.
• Not all participants will receive payment; compensation is offered at our discretion based on the specifics of the collaboration.

6. Content Guidelines

• Content must be family-friendly and align with our brand’s values of authenticity, self-expression, and quality. We aim to inspire creativity and confidence in our customers, and the content should reflect these core values. Content that is inconsistent with our brand image, such as promoting negativity or harmful behavior, will not be accepted.
• Appropriate Representation: Any content containing offensive language, misrepresentation of products, or harmful behaviour will result in disqualification from the program.
• Content Quality: Videos and images should meet a professional standard and reflect the high quality of the brand.

Content Submission Requirements:

• Creators must submit their content in high-quality video format.
• Videos should be shared with us via WeTransfer or a similar file-sharing platform to maintain the video quality.
• Please ensure that the video is in HD resolution (at least 1080p) and is not compressed or altered in a way that affects its quality.
• Submissions that do not meet the quality standards may be rejected and require resubmission.

7. Program Duration and Termination

• The program is open to creators until further notice.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time. If you fail to meet the content requirements or violate the program’s terms, we may also terminate your participation.
• Disqualification: Failure to submit the required content on time or to adhere to content guidelines may result in immediate disqualification from the program.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues or delays in content submission, including but not limited to problems with devices, software, or internet access.
• Content Approval: All decisions regarding the approval or use of content are final. We reserve the right to reject any content that does not meet our standards.
• Program Modifications: We may modify or discontinue the program at any time, and we are not obligated to provide compensation for participation outside of the agreed terms.
