✨ What You’ll Need

  • Aloeha! Aloe Vera Gel or Hair Gel – These are your glitter adhesives. Aloe vera is gentler on the skin (especially for kids or sensitive skin), while hair gel gives a slightly longer hold.
  • Biodegradable Glitter – Because the planet deserves to sparkle too.
  • Application Brush – To keep the glitter glam, not chaotic.
  • A face – That’s literally it.

💡 Shortcut: Our Glitter Beard Party Bundle includes everything you need. No stress, just sparkle.

  • Clean & Dry the Area

Whether it’s your beard, chin, cheeks, or entire lower face — start clean and dry. No leftover moisturiser or snacks, please.

  • Apply Gel

    Choose your adhesive:

    • Aloeha! Aloe Vera Gel for gentle, skin-safe sparkle
    • Hair Gel for a firmer hold (great for thicker beards or full-face sparkle)

Use your fingers or an application brush to apply a generous layer to the area you want to glitter.

  • Add Glitter

Dip your brush (a toothbrush or big fluffy brush) into your glitter of choice and press it onto the gel. Pat gently, don’t rub - this is glitter placement, not exfoliation.

We recommend using a fine glitter for bold sparkle and topping up with a glitter blend or chunkier glitter for added shimmer.

  • Layer it Up

Want density? Add more layers once the first has set. You can mix colours, add ombré effects, or go for a full-on glitter fade.

  • Seal the Deal

Optional but fab: a quick mist of hairspray over the area helps the sparkle last all night (without turning you into a glitter trail).

  • Brush Out

Most of it will brush out – especially if you used hair gel or didn’t go full glitter warrior mode. Just grab a clean brush or dry towel and gently sweep away the excess.

  • For the Stubborn Sparkly Stragglers

    • Massage in a little coconut oil, beard oil, or your fave skin-safe oil.
    • Wipe with a warm cloth.
    • Cleanse and moisturise so your skin forgives you.

Pro tip: Embrace the rogue glitter flecks. They say, “I had a better night than you.”

  • Jump in the Shower

Sometimes the easiest fix is a good rinse. Warm water and your usual face wash or beard shampoo will shift most of the sparkle — no drama, no oil slicks, just you and your drain glittering like Studio 54.
Just maybe give your plughole a pep talk first.
