Booking and Hire Frequently asked questions
We're based in Chiswick, West London and have super friendly and talented glitter artists based across London and the surrounding counties.
We cover London, Surrey and Sussex. We may be able to travel to your event if it's a bit further afield - please get in touch with us to discuss.
The minimum hire periods for each package are as follows:
- The Mini Glitz - 2 Hours
- The Essential Glitz - 2 Hours
- The Full Glitz - 3 Hours
We try our best to keep travel costs to a minimum. The travel fee will depend on factors such as congestion charge, parking and whether or not we can access the venue with the required equipment for each package on public transport rather than driving.
All glitter bars will stop operating by 11pm.
On average one glitter artist can glitter around 8-12 faces but this depends on many factors including time clients take to choose designs and colours, the design itself (a glitter moon will take a lot less time than a full beard for example), and we like to take time talking to each client whilst glittering them - we're a friendly bunch!
Everything from intimate events to large corporate events with thousands of attendees. We work with you to create a package suitable for your guest list!
Please email us at: email@example.com to discuss your requirements and check availability - we will provide you with a quote for your event once we have all of the necessary information from you including date, timings, number of required glitter artists and package. If you're not sure on which package or how many artists yet - no problem! We can provide a few different quote options for you.
Please note: the package information PDF is not a quote.
We're unable to hold dates, especially for summer and festive period bookings. Booking dates are only confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Once you've decided on your package and date, we require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Our requirements for each package vary however we always require:
- A well-lit space with a sturdy and even floor.
- To be positioned against a wall and away from the bar area and dance floor spaces.
- For the pop-up light up glitter bar we require access to a power socket.
We love working outdoors, especially at summer events as long as the weather is dry and on the warmer side! Please make sure you provide our artists with a covered area if you require us to glitter outdoors.
Psssst! Glitter and wind don't mix too well!
We have a fabulous team of glitter artists and availability will vary depending your booking date, location and other commitments we may have.
Set up time varies for each package but around 1 hour.
The Full Glitz takes around 1.5-2 hours to set up.
We only take bookings for our glitter artists using Luminosity Glitter supplied kit and products we know and trust.
We take bookings for children's events where the children are aged 10+.
Our glitter bar hire works very well alongside other activities for the children at the event and our packages vary from the options shown on the website.

Yes we certainly do. We have products, public and employers liability insurance up to £10 million and are happy to provide our certificates for your event.
