Job Overview:
As a Glitter Artist at Luminosity Glitter, you will be at the forefront of creating stunning and sustainable glitter designs for our clients. This role requires a unique combination of artistic talent, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional glitter experiences.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glitter Artist or in a similar creative role.
- Artistic talent and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Understanding of eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
- Availability to work on a freelance/part-time basis, including weekends and evenings.
- Own car is vital as some events are not accessible on public transport.

Events Manager - Eco Glitter Bar Hire (Ad hoc basis)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Events Manager on an ad-hoc basis.
Job Overview:
As an Events Manager at Luminosity Glitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of glitter bar setups at various events. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Event Setup:
- Travel to the event in your own vehicle with our kit.
- Coordinate and execute the setup of eco glitter bars at events.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are organised and ready for use.
- Oversee the aesthetic presentation of the glitter bar to align with Luminosity Glitter's standards.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of event staff, providing guidance and support.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
3. Client Interaction:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on event days.
- Address client requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality glitter experiences.
4. On-site Problem Solving:
- Handle any on-site challenges or unexpected issues with a calm and resourceful approach.
- Collaborate with the team to find creative solutions to ensure the success of the event.
5. Quality Control:
- Maintain the high standards of Luminosity Glitter's eco-friendly glitter application, safety, health & hygiene standards.
6. Event Breakdown:
- Ensure the efficient and safe breakdown and packing of equipment after each event.
- Ensure that all materials are accounted for and returned in good condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
- Availability to work on an ad-hoc basis, including weekends and evenings.
- Own car is vital for this role.
